Documents become knowledge

A contract on a network drive is a file. The same contract in RECIN is evidence: it knows who signed it, which project it belongs to and which statement rests on it.

The path of a document

Upload where you are already asking

Documents enter the network straight from the chat – no separate import run, no filing dialogue. You drop the file and ask your question in the same window.

RECIN reads along and suggests

The content is broken into traceable sections and made searchable. From the text RECIN suggests entities and fitting connections – including a proposal for what kind of relationship it is.

Nothing enters unchecked

Suggestions are suggestions. Only when a person confirms does one become a connection in the knowledge network. That is the difference between verified knowledge and yet another opaque data silo.

Every answer leads back to the evidence

What RECIN learned from a document stays linked to that document. Answers in the chat name the source, and from the source you reach the original file – verifiable, even years later.

Good to know

The ground rules

Documents stay where they belong

The file is stored in your own infrastructure, not cached with a third party. Who may see it is decided by the same access rule as for any other entity.

Different spellings too

Search works on a canonical form. “Müller GmbH”, “Mueller GmbH” and “Müller Gesellschaft mbH” lead to the same result.

Every step is logged

Who uploaded a document, who confirmed or rejected which suggestion: the audit trail records it – GDPR-compliant.

Roadmap

Coming up

Text recognition for scanned documents and images (in progress), export of entity dossiers to Word and PowerPoint, and automatic translation of created content.

Show us a document – we will show you the network behind it.
