Hand over knowledge clearly
When someone leaves a project, RECIN supports a structured handover. Important information and open points stay available to the next person.

An interview, not a form
Filling in a handover template produces busywork and little knowledge. Instead the agent asks: what were you responsible for? Who calls when something goes wrong? Which decision would you make differently today? It works chapter by chapter and follows up wherever an answer stays too thin – the way a successor would, while she is still allowed to ask everything.
The progress lives in the system, not in the model
Phase and chapter status are kept in RECIN, not in the language model's memory. A conversation can be broken off and picked up two days later at the same point. For a handover that stretches over weeks and happens between everyday work, that is the difference between a tool and an experiment.
Nothing is filed before it is released
The draft belongs to the person who is leaving. Only on an explicit release is a chapter taken over – and in exactly the wording that was released, not in a rephrased version. What came up in conversation but should not remain, stays out. That is not a convenience; it is the precondition for anyone speaking openly.
What you are left with
Chapters become entities
Every released chapter becomes its own entry in the knowledge network – not a Word document in a folder nobody opens again. It is findable, connectable and quotable in the chat.
It attaches itself to what is already there
The released text produces the same connection suggestions as any other document. The handover does not stay an appendix at the edge; it grows together with the rest of the knowledge.
The successor asks instead of searching
Whoever takes over the job asks the question in the chat and gets the answer with its source – from the handover and from everything else in the network. No onboarding folder to read from the beginning.
Coming next
The Handover Agent is booked for the person and the period of the handover, not permanently for the whole organisation. The seat administration for that – assignment and time limit by the administrator – is being built.
